LEGAL FRAMEWORK ON DRUGS

PREFACE First of all I would like to explain the aim of this work. The studens who have done it are not bachelor but they are trying to get the school graduate and their studies include the preparation for vocational training. They have searched for information on two topics related to their own fields of study: law and, on the other side, workplace. We are interested in clarifying the legal Spanish framewok on drugs: the legal concept of drug, the distinction between legal drugs and the illegal ones; their use restrictions; the legal classifications between misdemeanor and crime, and so on.. Moreover, we are also interested in the labour world and its regulation. For this reason we have searched information about the effects of drug use on both: employees and companies. To conclude, we have learned a lot and we hope that the result can be useful for both Spanish and Polish.
